Features
  • VMI Card Technology (Versatile Media Interface) - allows easy expansion by simply install the VMI card into any of the three slots of the backplane of a master unit. Each VMI card supports up to ten 8X recorders, and two DVD recorders.
  • Switchable Recording Speed - the record speed can be altered from 1X, 2X, 4X and Max on the front panel keyboard interface, according to disc type and application.
  • Easy Operation - Automatic CD format detection allows duplication by pressing one button.
  • Direct SCSI - The Direct SCSI channel allows the Inferno to operate in "Target Mode", connected to a PC or Mac. Users can write data to all recorders simultaneously from an image file on the hard drive without burining the first CD or DVD master.
  • SP/DIF Interface - Users may install the "Fusion DA" interface card in the backplane of the Inferno, which connects to any digital audio device. Audio data from DAT tape or other digital source can be downloaded to the internal hard drive, and converted to a Red Book audio image.
  • Track Extraction - Customize audio CD's by downloading individual audio tracks from a variety of selections. Create both Track at Once and Disc at Once CD's with the optional hard drive.
  • Drive Cooling Air Slots - The aerodynamic design allows for constant air flow, controlling heat buildup inside the duplicator. MTBF ratings and the overall life of the unit are dramatically increased.
  • Flex HD - With the optional hard drive, Flex HD allows the user to begin the copy job at staggered start intervals, providing the operator with minimal downtime.
